International study is an important facet of Converse’s liberal arts education. Through the Office of International Studies, you may design your own curriculum, choosing from a variety of study/travel programs. Converse students have traveled to New Zealand, 西班牙, 法国, 意大利, 希腊, 英格兰, 哥斯达黎加, 冰岛, and many more locations!
Students have studied abroad at institutions around the world, including the Institute for American Universities in Avignon, the Aix-en-Provence in 法国, the University of Minnesota, 圣. Louis University in Toledo and Madrid, respectively; the University of Salamanca, and John Cabot University in 意大利. In the past, students have also worked with the Partnership in 服务 Learning in Mexico and 法国.

Whether you decide to join a 10-day Jan term trip or a full semester abroad, don’t let a language barrier deter you from this life-changing experience. Prior language training is not required. Most students enroll in institutes or universities in programs designed for foreign students. The credits you earn may 应用 toward graduation, and grades often count toward your Converse grade point average.

Your academic advisor will help ensure you stay on track for your degree, and the Director of Study 旅行 will help you choose the perfect destination and help facilitate the application process.
